MyKindaFuture raises skills and aspirations of more than 80,000 young people aged 11-25 years old each year. Working with employer partners, together, MKF helps give young people critical employability skills whilst connecting them with work experience and employment opportunities to ensure they succeed in life and at work.


Industrial Cadets works with employers to create a talent pipeline and future skilled workforce, whilst helping young people develop the skills they need to enter industry with confidence.
